These shipping delivery times will be impacted by Sars-CoV-19 unfortunately!

There's currently a 3-5 week processing time for bandanas. This processing time is such a large range because SciPaws is not my main job. I work full-time, with frequent over-time put in, so the only time I have available is mostly on weekends. If you have questions regarding what stage your package is, then please message me directly through the comments section on the website or on instagram (@scipaws). Expedited shipping options are available.

International Shipping:

In addition to international shipping taking longer, especially during this pandemic, your home country may require you to pay custom import fees. I am not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may occur. Every country has a different policy when it comes to calculating custom fees, which is usually based on weight, value and size of parcel. I will no longer be shipping to the United Kingdom as their tax options have changed.

All international packages come with complimentary insurance. If your order has been deemed missing, we can put in an insurance claim. If the insurance claim isn't accepted, then we cannot send you replacement bandanas, but rather will refund your entire order.

Cancellations:

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. Otherwise, the transcription will have been processed and you will not be able to cancel.

Missing Order:

For domestic packages: Any orders that have been processed and shipped (NOT from the date you ordered it) and hasn't arrived within 3 weeks, please contact me. We can work out why the package is missing, whether there was insurance added (you may contact me if you would like insurance added to your package) and how we can proceed forwards.

Please get in contact with me if you need to return any items. I cannot refund your purchase until I have receive your returned items if you're returning and looking for a refund. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email. Allow 6-14 days for returns to be processed completely and to receive your refund - this processing time is due to bank processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You have a 14 day window to be able to return a package. I will provide you with a return label upon your request for a return. However, you must pay for the return label. Items must NOT be word by your pet and completely free from all pet fur/hair. All wholesale orders are final and I will not accept any returns.

 

The following items may not be returned due to the nature of the items: 

        - Any items with vinyl personalization 

        - Any custom ordered items

        - Speciality or mystery boxes

        - Lab jacket bandanas 

        - Any headbands, scrunchies or face masks
